Our commitment to quality & Local Sourcing
Prime Akaushi Beef Burgers
Our burgers are made with USDA Prime–certified Akaushi beef from HeartBrand Beef, a rare and exceptional American Wagyu.
Known for its rich marbling, Akaushi delivers deep beefy flavor with an incredibly tender, juicy bite. The finely woven fat melts at a lower temperature, creating a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth experience you can taste in every bite.
Why Akaushi? Akaushi—Japanese for “red cow”—is a distinct Wagyu breed prized for its balance of flavor, tenderness, and natural marbling.
Straus Organic Soft Serve & Shakes We use Straus Organic for our soft serve and shakes because quality starts at the farm. Straus works exclusively with small, certified organic family farms in Northern California, producing milk that’s rich, clean, and full of natural flavor. Their pasture-raised cows graze on organic grasses, and the milk is never ultra-pasteurized—just minimally processed with no additives, fillers, or artificial ingredients.
The Result? The result is dairy you can truly taste, made with care for people, animals, and the environment.
Hot Dogs
Our hot dogs come from Schwarz Meats, a legendary old-school San Francisco butcher known for uncompromising quality and classic craftsmanship. Since 1911, Schwarz Meats quality cuts and time-perfected flavors are a Northern California classic.
House Buns
Our buns are baked locally by the award-winning Village Bakery in Sonoma County. Made fresh with organic, preservative-free ingredients, they reflect a commitment to craftsmanship, local farmers, and exceptional flavor.
